We know that teacher, course, preceptor, and experiential site evaluations are time consuming and can be somewhat tedious at times. The input that we receive from you from these evaluations is immensely important to us, though. We want to do something to help provide a little extra incentive for completing your evaluations that you might appreciate.
So, here are the details:
· Beginning November 6th, the response rates for teacher, course, preceptor, and experiential site evaluations will be tracked for each class (P1-P3). The completion rate information will then be provided to you on a weekly basis via PharmNews.· On November 24th, the class who achieved the highest completion rate will be awarded a dress down week (the class must achieve at least an 85% completion rate to qualify). The dress down week will be November 30th-December 4th.
Exceptions to the 11/30 – 12/4 dress down time period include:
o Laboratory course attendance. Appropriate lab attire is always required for laboratory courses.o Admissions interviews from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1. All students should follow the professional attire policy when prospective students are on campus for admissions interviews so you must be dressed professionally during this time.
The Office of Academic Affairs will provide casual stickers to the class that wins on the relevant days so that students allowed to dress down are easily identifiable. You’ll need to be sure to wear your sticker! Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable dress down attire. Workout clothing, lounge wear, and the like are not permitted.
As you are completing your evaluations, please keep these notes in mind:
Your feedback is completely anonymous. Below, you can see an example of the anonymous reports generated. If you have any questions regarding completing evaluations, how evaluations are utilized for program improvement, and your role in the assessment process; please feel free to contact Ms. McCaslan, Director of Assessment and Academic Services at mmccaslan@presby.edu.
Thank you sincerely for giving of your time and energy to provide us with your important feedback!!!
Completion rates as of 11/13/15:
P1: 59.09%
P2: 36.18%

All evaluations should now be open.
