NCPA Compounding Competition

Information regarding the competition:

 -- The local competition date will be 4/16/16

 -- There will be supplemental sessions which will be held once a month on Saturdays before the competition with the first date being 1/23/16. During these monthly meetings we will discuss the different areas of compounding which will help a team in the local competition.

 -- The first meeting will focus on how the national competition works, how the local competition will work, Non-Sterile Compounded Preparations, and future event meeting.

 -- The first meeting will be with Dr. Asbill and future meetings will feature other speakers to talk about other areas in compounding.

 -- There will be three pharmacy students per team

 --  A prize will be given to the winning team and will give that class bragging rights for the year going forward (The prize will most likely be a plaque for the winning team).

 --Winning the competition will look good on a CV and the competition is a great way to network!
